She thought I was mad. But then her menopause symptoms disappeared!

When I share my work at live events or online, women respond in different ways.

Some women show their deep appreciation; others far from it!

Luckily, I know that even if a woman has a negative reaction to my work, her reaction can change.

Yesterday, Sarah Matthew interviewed me to share her experiences of my work with her Vibrant Community.

She explained:

Just over two years ago, I happened upon one of Tania’s blogs. And when I read it, my first reaction was: This woman is totally mad!

… I was in full swing of menopause symptoms and they were hideous, and the only way I'd been able to get any kind of relief from them at the time was to go on HRT, which had made a huge difference. So as I read this blog, which was going on a completely different path to that, I was thinking:

Who is this lady?

She knows nothing!

… And yet here I am, two and a half years later, and everything she says makes complete sense…and I know that this understanding and approach has far broader applications, not just for people suffering from menopause symptoms.

Sarah went from having brain fog, hot flushes, skin outbreaks, eczema and allergies and having to take HRT for symptom relief, to gradually coming off HRT and witnessing her symptoms disappear. And the only thing that Sarah did to move beyond her symptoms, was to listen and stay engaged with the understanding about our innate health that I share, and Sarah now shares too.

Sounds too good to be true? You can watch the full interview between me and Sarah over in her Vibrant Community group on Facebook. Sarah’s community is a closed, supportive space for inspiring more personal and collective vibrancy in the world.
