Which is why Kate Codrington and I thought it would be such a great idea to explore this topic and upload our discussion to YouTube.
Kate is a menopause mentor, workshop facilitator and has been a therapist for more than a quarter of a century. We both share a passion for moving beyond what society has told us about menopause for too many years. And we both work to allow women to embrace a more empowering and healthy menopause journey.
