PROGRAMME PLUS
My intention as a Spiritual Life Coach is to assist you to move forward on your path of personal/spiritual evolution. Our work together will expand your spiritual, emotional and mental awareness, and increase your ability for lovingly taking charge of your destiny. The PROGRAMME PLUS and SOUL PLUS programs will assist you to know your feelings, thoughts and life challenges as a means for you to awaken to new levels of understanding, insight and freedom. It will strengthen your capacity to navigate your life situations with grace, skill and an open heart. This is an approach to your life that cultivates compassion and kindness and allows you to let go of anger, stress, anxiety and the other old ways of behaving.
To maintain your new found skills a carefully prepared programme has been put in place, which will include individual support via telephone and e-mail, PLUS regular assessments.
Programme Plus will be used to measure your action plans on a monthly basis, assisting you to stay on track, focused and accountable for the goals and dreams that will be yours!
