The True Purpose of ColourWorks

Since I reconnected with my wonderful friend Melissie Jolly and began a journey with Colourworks, several people have asked me to explain the reason for Colourworks, how it works, why it works and so on...in this letter Melissie answers the same question, which is being asked of other Colourworks practitioners and teachers. I thought I would share it with you.

This past weekend I spent 3 days with Moira Bush in London, who is also a partner in Colourworks. I attended a 2-day Colourworks workshop which I found to be warm, loving, magical, insightful, spiritually uplifting and physically healing.

The bottles and the book seem to work in many layers or levels and the shifts are both subtle or dramatic depending on what your soul knows is perfect for you.

Message from Delyse Alorah

Where to begin this month? I feel as if I am so energised yet overloaded with new information, ideas, concepts, feelings, emotions, experiences and more!

Because of this, I am unsure how to put so much into the written word.

Personally, I feel as if I have become super sensitive to various energies especially the weather, light, noise, crowds, people and foods.

With the weather, I seem to be sensing an actual feeling or emotion coming up through Gaia in the weather. It is affecting my body strongly. Noise and sound seems intensified to me, light too bright to face and crowds overwhelming...

At the same time I am reading at least 3 books at a time, studying the life of Christ, the Cathars, the Gnostics and the Essenes. This in some way feels very relevant to our future life on planet earth. Are we going full circle, I wonder...

And simultaneously I am so excited about working with my dearest friend Melissie again and Colour Works! We started our journey through colour together about 1994 and have over many years, spent long days and nights discussing, meditating, channelling, experiencing and creating through colour & light!

She openly and lovingly has shared her many years of experience and knowledge so that the effect of these amazing oils is remarkable.

The sparkling oils are creating a safe and grounded energy for you to make rapid shifts. I have been inundated with orders over the past 2-3 weeks! The feedback from you has been about life changing happenings and realizations. I have just sent out an e-mail with the 23 Spritzers and 13 Planet bottles as well as 2 new oils, numbers 35 +36. It is all on the website too!

As we move more and more into a higher energy, the planet is experiencing its own evolution, shift and crisis. Gaia is talking to us loud and clear, but many choose not to listen. The animal kingdom is giving us clear signs, which are often ignored. This is happening in our ordinary every day life...I know, because I am observing and listening.

I watch the birds eating the new shoots on the many trees around me, I feel the real summer approach with bright mornings and light evenings...the flowers are blooming and plants are vibrant, green, alive and bursting with energy! I look out at this with love, awe and appreciation and pray that we will all begin to notice more intensely, the beauty and wonder of our precious planet...

However, I have noticed too, how many wish to streak ahead Spiritually, forgetting their own baggage...we have to own our 'stuff' and work at clearing it. Only then can we truly own our power and spread our brightest Light!

Approaching life with an open heart means that we have opened the door to a greater consciousness; it is in the seat of our soul. Fortunately, at this time there is a lot of support for this to happen energetically as well as practically. So, approaching life with an open heart is as simple as shifting your attention to your heart. When we open our hearts, we may feel tender and vulnerable, which simply means that we need to be loving to ourselves as we cleanse and heal past hurts and blockages. This process asks us to practice some of the heart's greatest lessons...patience, compassion, and unconditional love. However you approach this, an open heart simply means returning home.

The Global Warming news isn't good and we need to pay attention! We can all contribute to greater Earth awareness by paying more attention to our natural world...not out of fear or obligation, but out of love. We need to accept that we are in fact partners for life with the planet and when we walk in balance, we can see very clearly that our natural world teaches us how to do life in a positive way for the greater good of Mother Earth and all beings.

There are other more intense energy shifts to come, but if you practice being aware of the smaller ones, it will help you to sense and feel the shifts and adjust your energies accordingly. It is truly "riding the wave" of energy and as you do so your skill and awareness will develop. More awareness of the pattern and flow, more awareness of your own bodies energy - this will all assist you in raising your vibration to the point where you float on the surface of this flow - The difference is that you are riding waves of energy - the in and out breath of universal expansion - and you have begun to do so with grace.

You need to get out of your own way and allow your soul awareness to come through more fully to support this. Because you are the teachers, the sensitives and the oracles you are also more sensitive to these waves of energy coming through - so you are feeling them in advance - consciously - of many others. So you are preparing the way for others to follow.

This is not a time for doubt or fear in your path, but for clarification, trust and truth. And yet the very nature of the work you do brings those fears up to the fore. Address these, clear them, move into the clearer space within yourself ...know that even as you do this you are creating more clarity and more space for others to do the same.
You are the forefront, on the first waves as conscious beings, showing the way for others to do the same. The more grace that comes into your movements and trusting process, the more others will be inspired to do the same. It is not about being there to carry or rescue others; this is energy for fun, joy and grace of doing so. Because doing so allows for expansion of yourselves and your movements.

Many of you have been or currently are limited in movement over these last few months - either physically or financially. There is reason for this. It is integration of energy, trusting the process and then the pause before the in-breath. From this inner quality of stillness now will come a greater outward expansion of creative energy. This may feel to many of you like a ripple of colour and light spreading out across your world - which spreads out an vibrate around your planet.

This is good because it will create many of the physical connections and communications you as individuals have been waiting for as your Soul Groups re-connect and re-unite on the physical. This will take the forms of chance meetings, word of mouth, and introductions. But there will be a different quality to these meetings – more light and more sparkle. Pay more attention to these meetings. Simply be aware that many of these meetings and synchronicities are the foundation on which you will later build.

Until now, many of you have been scattered far and wide across the planet with only the occasional meeting of others from within your soul-group. The meetings have been good, nurturing and have come at times to build your confidence and sense of support. For many of you though, a great deal of the work you have done has been in isolation. This is now changing as your soul-groups are coming together. As you have accepted new concepts into the space around you, you have created the space for others to awaken. There is now enough who are awakening that many are remembering their souls-truth - and stepping forward into this.

This allows the energy necessary for soul-groups to come together and begin forming once more on the planet. Until now, it has only been possible for these soul-groups to come together energetically in spirit. Now the energy supports the meeting of these on the physical - and the long-term commitment to working together to raise the energy and support the shifting process on the physical. In the past many have mistaken this energy for romantic relationship, where in truth the call was for soul's work. This issue is now clarifying and individuals are moving into position to create the network of energy, which will support the Ascension process.

All the work till now has been in preparation and soon will be the application of your raised energy levels, your raised consciousness and your clarity of perception. You are not going crazy, but are more sane than you have ever been. It is simply that your level of perception is different now to the norm around you. But, do not despair, it is shifting. It is why now more of you are looking around at your groups of friends and recognise changes you need to make.

You are truly becoming the Angels you always have been. You are simply awakening to the experience of this more fully. So, deep breath, and preparation for what is to come and the work to be done. There is still some time before this, this is the foundation and alignment time when the lines of energy created between all of you are strengthened and supported to allow for the flows still to come. From another dimension this would look like shimmering strands of inter-connected light - and these are so beautiful and golden because at the same time as they are "seen" they are also giving off the sound or vibration which comes from them - pure notes of harmony, joy, love and balance.

Each day drink from the beauty all around you, and allow it to rejuvenate your entire being. All you have to do is pause, for just one minute, and really take it in, remembering to thank Mother Nature for her beauty.

Special Announcment

On the 11th of August 1999 during the opening of the 4th Gateway of the 11:11 on the Island of Tahiti, I was acting as an Anchor in South Africa for Solara. After a very powerful day with a group of about 20 souls I announced that as of that day, I would take the name ALORAH as my own.

ALORAH was a High Priestess during the time of Atlantis and was responsible for training of the Priestesses as well as being the creator for the Temple of Rejuvenation (mentioned by Kryon). I was shown powerful signs and given guidance during sleep, meditation and automatic writing that she was and still is an aspect of myself…So, after 3 years of deliberation, contemplation and meditation I embraced the name ALORAH.

I took on the mantle or energy of ALORAH as I knew it was integral to the spiritual work I was to do and the lessons I needed to experience.

However, it has become more apparent from conversations with Karen and my spiritual friend Melissie that I had stepped into her energy and as the years went by, my body realised that I had stepped into the end of her lifetime, which has become clear by the manifestation of many health issues which most of you are aware of.

So, almost eight years later as the 8th Gateways opens on this day, 11th February 2007, in Mallorca Spain, I accept and know that it is time to reclaim my birth name of DELYSE and will now be known to all as DELYSE. (Pronounced like Denise but use an L instead of the N.)

PHYSICAL TRANSFORMATION—THE TIME HAS COME!

For aeons of time, prophets, seers, religions and holy books have foretold of a coming Age when Heaven would manifest on Earth. The prophesies revealed that during that auspicious moment Humanity would awaken from our long exile in darkness, and we would remember who we are and why we are here. We would develop our latent powers within, and we would discover that we are not the fragmented, fear-based human egos we have erroneously accepted as our reality. On the contrary, we would realize that we are Beloved Sons and Daughters of God. And we would know, all that our Father-Mother God has is ours.

We were told by the ancient prophets that this would be an Age when our physical transformation would occur at an atomic, cellular level, and that our four Earthly Bodies—physical, etheric, mental and emotional—would be Transfigured into expressions of vibrant health, eternal youth and infinite physical perfection.

We have probably all contemplated this lofty vision at one time or another, but I do not think we ever imagined it would occur in our lifetime. As long as we thought of this physical transformation taking place in some distant time and place it seemed like a remote possibility, but right here and right now? That was beyond our comprehension.

Well guess what? This is the moment for which we have all been waiting. It is the dawning of the Age long foretold by the ancients when Heaven will manifest on Earth. The Age when Humanity will be Transfigured into the infinite perfection of our Solar Light Bodies.

The day of domination and control by Humanity’s fear-based human egos has passed. Through miracles that have taken place over the past several decades, a critical mass of the energy, vibration and consciousness for every evolving soul on Earth has reached the threshold of the 5th Dimension.

Our I AM Presence, our true God Self, now has direct access to our Earthly Bodies. Every man, woman and child’s I AM Presence is standing in readiness awaiting the opportunity to take full dominion of that soul’s thoughts, words, actions and feelings.

This is a moment we have all been preparing for since we fell from Grace aeons ago. The Heavens are rejoicing, and the elation pouring forth from the Company of Heaven is boundless. Now we each have the responsibility of listening to our I AM Presence to see how we can assist with the tangible process of our physical transformation. In order to attain our Victory in the Light, we need only to lift up in consciousness and step through the open door into our Eternal Freedom. This is the dawning Age of Enlightenment and Wisdom—the Age of Spiritual Freedom—when our humanly created, self-inflicted separation from God will be permanently healed, and the Truth of our own Divinity will be accepted by every Child of God.

Awakening is taking place within every Heart Flame, and change is being experienced by every Lifestream. Physical transformation is occurring subtly and deeply at an atomic, cellular level. The power of God is penetrating into every electron of precious Life energy evolving on Earth. This process of transformation has been a dormant seed in our consciousness and is now being activated by the tremendous influx of God’s Light.

The seed of transformation is growing and expanding, filling our entire Beings with Light and lifting us up to touch the 5th-Dimensional Realms of Illumined Truth. This is empowering us to integrate the infinite perfection of our 5th-Dimensional Physical, Etheric, Mental and Emotional Solar Light Bodies. It is creating the sacred space for Humanity to become the perfection of our I AM Presence in the world of form, here and now.

People everywhere are feeling these incredible changes in a multitude of ways. Our Earthly Bodies have never been under such stress or experienced such an acceleration of vibration. This is causing all kinds of physical problems and sensations. People are feeling exhausted and overwhelmed beyond their normal stress levels. They are experiencing all kinds of aches and pains, memory loss, scattered thinking, frustration, emotional turmoil, anger, fear, flu-like symptoms, confusion and all sorts of other physical maladies.

This is occurring because our I AM Presence is raising the energy, vibration and consciousness within our Earthly Bodies the maximum we can withstand in every 24-hour period. This acceleration is not intended to cause pain and suffering. The Divine Intent is to move us through this Ascension process quickly, so that we can experience the infinite perfection of our 5th Dimensional Solar Light Bodies as soon as possible.

In Ages past, through the often inadvertent misuse of our Gift of Life, we created the maladies that are manifesting in our Earthly Bodies. Through our free-will choice, we must now accept responsibility for transforming these vehicles back into their original perfection. We will accomplish this mighty feat by deliberately choosing to utilize the life-transforming tools that are being given to Humanity at this time from the Beings of Light in the Realms of Truth.

The exercises being given to Humanity from On High are designed to quicken the Core of Purity in every electron of Life, thus casting off the cloak of darkness and revealing the perfection within. The dense negativity that has been interpenetrating the cells, atoms and molecules of our bodies will then be cast into the Violet Flame and permanently transmuted into Light.

In order to assist Humanity during this unprecedented Ascension process, our Father-Mother God have granted a Cosmic Dispensation to the 5th-Dimensional Solar Elohim—the Mighty Builders of Form—and the Directors of the Elements. This dispensation will allow these selfless Beings of Light to assist Humanity and to intervene in our physical transformation process in ways that have never before been allowed. Through this Divine Intervention, Humanity will be able to lift out of the frequencies of aging, decay, disease and degeneration and into the embrace and control of our I AM Presence and our Solar Light Bodies of eternal youth, vibrant health and infinite perfection.

Humanity’s physical transformation is a necessary step in manifesting Heaven on Earth. Embodied Lightworkers are being called to action by our God Parents and the Company of Heaven. We are being asked to put forth the effort necessary to transform our Earthly Bodies into the infinite perfection of our 5th-Dimensional Solar Light Bodies. This is being requested of us so that people will have a living, breathing example of this seeming miracle to encourage and inspire them in their own transformational process.

Regardless of how hard we may have tried in the past to accomplish this illustrious goal, this time it will be different. The time is short. Never have we received the degree of assistance we are now receiving to help us with the transformation of our Earthly Bodies. Because of this Truth, more than at any other time in our human evolution, our victory is assured. The assistance being given to Humanity is pouring through every open door. All we have to do is reach up in consciousness and tap into the Realms of Truth.

The Company of Heaven have asked if we at the New Age Study of Humanity’s Purpose, Inc. would be willing to transcribe the information, the visualizations and the invocations from the Elohim and the Directors of the Elements onto a set of CDs. Feeling trapped? Slow down!

"Ascension doesn't occur as a result of sitting still and thinking holy thoughts. Angels playing harps, light-beings, light-bodies, spiritual music, meditation - these are all fine and good, but inadequate to make the necessary transformations for ascension to occur.
Spiritual adventure calls out to us all, but the going is not all 'light'. It is in the darker, repressed, shadowy aspects of our nature that the work of transmutation needs to take place. We need daring, courage and true honesty to enter these places and to realise we have worn a social mask that we ourselves have created so well. Yes, the masks do provide some protection. In our childhood's, they provided our emotional and sometimes our physical survival.

Nobody truly integrates a higher frequency or any Ascension energies without making right all of these past patterns. It's about balancing our books of karma and taking responsibility! We have to be accountability for all of our actions, and we have to be courageous and honest enough to do the inner work!

It is all good, for out of the depths come saints side-by-side with the Devil, with Hitler comes Gaia, the greater the lies the more the truth becomes obvious, the more blind and intolerant humanity becomes the more we are offered a new sight and compassion, the more restriction the more doors open to another world, the more mayhem the more inner peace and so forth. Community is the key to survival, give up on isolation and loneliness and the elitism of the ego and find people of open minds and love them and work together with them sharing resources and knowledge. Last night we watched with deep sadness, the programme on UK TV about the possible extinction of 8 animal species and the plan to raise a million £ to 'save' these precious animals...

The Tiger, the Elephant, the Gorilla, the Chimp, the Panda, the Orang-utan, the Polar Bear, Macaw, Turtle....

Tears streamed down my cheeks and my throat closed up watching these magnificent creatures and their plight...and we humans put them in this position...how sad...how thoughtless, how insane! Will the money really help? The British are so generous in putting their hands in their pockets for a cause, this is for certain, but I often wonder where all this money actually goes...millions upon millions...

Perhaps I am genuinely naive about the costs of these projects or perhaps I have a debatable point here?

Ah, well that's life on Planet Earth I guess....I suddenly felt very small and wondered what I could really do in the great scheme of things...to truly make a difference...the task to restore balance to this Planet seems like a mammoth one...So, what can you do to make a difference?

When you wake up tomorrow, let us all take time to notice how many things are running smoothly, how fortunate we are and many small miracles compose your day.

AFRICA…. THE PRICE

I woke this morning with a sick feeling in my stomach and a question in my head. Many questions in fact. It was as if I had woken from a powerful vision or a potent movie of the reality and circumstances around Africa.

Who is driving the future of Africa, who is holding the African people to ransom for meagre amounts of food and water…Many have no basic shelter, medical assistance, transport, education, water supply, clothing, heating or cooling. No infrastructures to provide support, no pensions in place, no nearby hospitals.

There is no shame or even understanding of the giant plan that is driving many African people to their own painfully degrading, miserable, pathetic, humiliating death!

Millions upon millions of £ have been donated or collected in England, and I am sure this is the case in many other countries too. But where does this money go and who claims it to personally benefit?

On a daily basis millions is poured into the sham or game that is the war in Iraq. Every bit of manpower, money, weapons, vehicles, machinery and planning are professionally executed to power this oil driven war.

Yet to get the most basic foodstuffs, water and shelter to those is desperate need in so many parts of Africa and currently Somalia, it is deemed impossible! By whom? And why? How can the reasoning be accepted as justified?

Aircraft, tanks, soldiers could have efficiently and effortlessly executed this humanitarian task. By now with the use of all the money freely given, all of those in desperate need and in some areas in flight from drought, violence and lack…would be in a home of some kind, with basic medical assistance, water and food.

Why does the world give then forget? How is it possible when billions have already been donated, over many years, that it has NEVER been received by the very people that it was meant for? Who is taking this money, WHO is authorising the withholding of the funding and stopping this very important project?

WHY I ask again and again? Is this a conspiracy to rid the world of millions of African people? Is it Karmic? Is it greed? Is it a financial scam? Or a total lack of real caring or concern?
Today I need to understand, but where do I go for these answers, I dare say no one will give a logical or truthful answer…too much at stake here...

The likes of Bob Geldoff…he created an event that brought to it millions…but now, many months later the money lies somewhere unused, food undelivered. Why? And how is this humanely been allowed to continue in this same way?

Is it that our guilt allows us to give, then turn away from the outcome, or are we just too busy collecting material possessions, eating too much, enjoying and living the life of one of those that ‘have’…forgetting those that ‘have not’. Why now, are we all watching this when each one of us talks about: How we are striving to become a better person, we are here to assist the planet, we are democratic and fair, and love our fellow man
Is it only in some circumstances that we stand strong, true and honest?

Why has this become a massive human struggle for survival in the 21st century when people go to the moon, food is plentiful to most, water is in every modern home, medicine is freely available to you…yet in Africa it is not the case. Why?

With all the funding in place…kept some place…I wonder who gets the interest on these funds? That alone would feed, clothe and house dozens of families.

Has greed, power and self-interest allowed those in power to totally drive our lives, for some until death? What is the purpose of this massive exercise? Why do we allow this to go on and on and on, just like the war in Iraq.

What about the lives lost, the countries destroyed, structures blown apart, the women and children, the desperation, the trauma the loss the sadness…

Someone knows the answers, there are people out there in governments, within organisations who know the truth, who themselves are turning a blind eye to profit themselves or because they are powerless to change the status quo. There is a continuous stream of reasons ‘why not’ put out by the media. I ask you today to reach inside yourself for your answer. Ask yourselves why you believe this has been allowed to happen.

I question us all today…Africa holds powerful and ancient grounding earth energy and we are watching it being raped, pillaged, maimed, vandalised, lied to and its people damaged for generations to come. And all because of a lack of truth, honour, love and too much money!

So, how does this make you feel, and what can you personally do? Forward the message, talks about it more openly, and question the reasons why? What will you do?

THE NEW YEAR APPROACHES....

From my HEART... to YOUR HEART.... As we move rapidly toward a New Year, my eyes and heart are opened by what all of you continue to give of yourselves as you take up the challenging world of transformation. I am so thankful that I share this planet with you. Like minds make us feel less lonely. I thank our Divine for who we are and... that we are becoming...

We are still on our journey of self discovery, in a year that was anything but harmonious. Thank you for all the sacrifices you have made, that included both losses and great gains!
Please know that anything less than LOVE and ONENESS with all things, will not pass by the gates to the 'new world'.

The energy waves has risen to such a profound level that it seems to much to bear.... yet we have succeeded thus far... We are much more than we thought we were...and stronger than we thought! This new wave is taking us to higher un-known places of Light. In this time, it is more important than ever to focus on the positive and starve the negative influences around us by not placing attention there. If we continue a fight with what is wrong with the world ... we are still at war, because this is the way of an old dying world. It is clear it is time to create a new world for all of life to move into.

See and know that we are not the same beings anymore. I know I am not. We have been inching towards the doorway to the next world for so long that some of us (including myself) almost gave up. But in the last months, it has become clear that we are walking through that mysterious door, and beginning to cross a bridge into the unknown world of which we have yet to create. We have had to re-think so much about what we knew to be true, and we have had learn new way to live in this rapidly shifting world.

I want to extend my deepest love and blessings to all of you out there who have supported my work in one form or another this year. It has been a beautiful year but also filled with many shifts and changes...please be at peace with this...

As many of you know I have been ill for some time...I too am going through a massive shift towards a re-birth of my own life, energy, body and life's work.

As our sacred and beauteous planet heaves and releases the old and stagnant patterns and blockages ... so do we follow suit.
As tears stream down many of our faces due to loss, fear, mourning, frustration and change, so do we need to see the signs of a 'New World,' a 'New Tomorrow' ... based on new principles and values!

Lessons need to be learnt!
We cannot go back to WHO, or even WHERE we were...
So, please dear ones, take time to lick your wounds, dry your tears, feed your Soul, and let go of all the years of struggle, fear, emptiness, discord and heartache...
Cross the Rainbow Bridge of time and enter a 'New World...come, walk with me...we can do this together...

We are the dreamweavers the wayshowers...now we need to don these new garments and lead...take the hands of those near to you and show them the way...you will be guided, supported and deeply loved...

Dear Beloveds,

We are needed as conscious Spiritual Peacemakers to hold the resonance of Peace, Love and Divine Truth as our Earth and her people go through this time of tremendous change. In light of recent events that have occurred in the Southeastern portion of the United States, people are asking what can we do to help? Prayer is a very valuable tool that comes from the heart.

"Prayer is not an old woman's idle amusement. Properly understood and applied, it is the most potent instrument of action" - Mahatma Gandhi

We request that you send your prayers and intentions for comfort, love and healing to this region. We hold Divine space for all those people who have been so deeply affected by the destruction and flooding. We suggest that you envision this area bathed in Light; calling forth simple solutions being found to assist in the aid and healing for all people involved.

We ask that you pray for all those who have passed and for those in need of food and housing, may they find resources and comfort during this difficult time of transition. We pray for the rescue and clean-up crews, that they may have strength, compassion and resilience to handle their monumental tasks.

The number of Death/Transition Angels has increased and they are asking for support. Fear and shock are making it very difficult for the individuals to perceive the love, support and guidance that the Angels are projecting. When we focus either on the presence of the Angels, or on the huge volume of love and support that surround the area, we make it easier for those bodies to become more sensitive to the Angels and their support. At the very least, the letting go of the body is more peaceful.

Our financial assistance is also needed now. There are many organizations trying to provide assistance to the areas affected by the hurricane and they need our financial support. Below are links to several of these organizations.

We also ask that you send peace and healing to Mother Earth; holding the intention that as our world shifts that it does so in the easiest and most harmonious way.

We must hold positive thoughts for the future. While we may not understand all that is happening right now, we do believe that all is in Divine order. Focusing on the negative only brings in more negativity whereas your "being peace" brings in more peace.

Our journey through life may not be as dramatic as descending from a helicopter to rescue someone from a flood, but braving the shifting winds, turning tides and upheaval of our inner and outer worlds, we will require more courage!

To all of you who are in the process of returning to and rebuilding a storm battered life or home, whether that home is on the Gulf Coast, elsewhere in the world, or even a broken home or heart, bless you! Stay focused, safe and strong! Keep going, for this too shall pass. You are all heroes in the grandest sense of the word.

Let's make our life declarations as if we were in power! Let's show ourselves some love & mercy. We must prove to ourselves that we can do things differently and win. Here are some steps that are working for me:

• We are what we think. Examine your thoughts as if your life were at stake, because it is.
  
  
• Catch one strong negative thought and take it on. Don't load yourself up with all your flaws; you'll be way to busy to have any fun. Take on just one that troubles you or is keeping you from living the life you deserve.
  
  
• Bring the thought into the physical It will give you a daily point of reference to 'plant' only positive thoughts.
  
  
• Enlarge your vision of your self. Allow yourself to think big, to think positive and see yourself as an enlarged, enhanced and expanded self! Your expectation of yourself makes all the difference.
  
  
• Celebrate each small victory towards your new belief system. Take on day at a time as you focus on a new way of thinking about yourself! Remember...'The proof is in the pudding.'

Whether we believe it or not the only ones that are limiting our lives are ourselves! You and I are the judge, the jury on the quality of the life we want to live. We must stop letting other people feed us negatives and then believe it. It doesn't matter what anyone says about you or to you, it only matters what you say to yourself. There is a plan for your life and you have a grand a glorious purpose! We are made in the likeness and image of God. That wondrous force that creates the sunrises and sunsets. As long as your eyes are open, you have the chance to begin anew. You are magnificent and beautiful. A vibrant creative spirit that is a blessing to this world. Capture this precious moment and soar. My prayer for you is this: 'From this moment on you are released from all beliefs have held you back.'

Start your life a new and it all begins in your mind. Close your eyes and choose the very best thought for yourself in this moment. Hold onto it tight for it holds the key to a glorious tomorrow.

Dear All,

Isn't it interesting how our flaws and brokenness become the raw materials that draw forth our true beauty? I can think way back on my own life and remember a number of occasions when I felt particularly "broken and flawed" and someone appeared "out of nowhere" offering a little love, care and attention; drawing out the beauty and value that was always there.

Each of these experiences were transformational turning points, but the most profound of all these experiences is when we ourselves give ourselves the love, care and attention we need. When we love and care for ourselves with all of our flaws and fractures, doing the same for others becomes a natural way of living.

Love can, and will truly heal the world!

Hello special souls,

Well, here we are almost through one of the most crucial years on planet earth!
When we look back in years to come, this will be the year we remember…‘the year when big changes happened.’
I feel your fear, your uncertainty…

Many have tried to avoid and resist the potential for change, growth and shifts!
You have come to a place in your life, where you know it is time to take a giant leap, and you are afraid or uncertain.
Know it is all as perfect as can be…for now, and have faith in yourself!

So far this year has brought up many things for all!
It has brought confusion, movement, changes, new beginnings, letting go, plans back-firing, lack of clarity and a feeling of having lost your way!
If this feels like your life, then you're doing grand.
Though it may not necessarily feel that way!!!

I feel as if I have begun agaqin…opened to new levels of work with a new soul group…I have had a solid piece of time to reconnect with soul, with mother earth and all that is…

As if I will again guide many and it is always a priveledge to do this work!

Many whom I have spent much time working with are right in the midst of huge shifts and the fear of the unknown has kept you from continuing on your journey upwards!

Some have just begun to work with me, and to you I suggest intensive work to get you to a more advanced and balanced place.

I have many interesting things planned for you all; I look forward to seeing you again, at one or many of these workshops or private appointments!

Corfu as usual will be beautiful, perfect and wonderful, I hope you will be joining us!

My trip to America was brief, but extremely rewarding! There is a bigger plan for the future, with the posibility of doing my work with many new souls on their own personal journey.

I look forward to working with you all again, and please remember… the soul is ready… even though the mind and body are resisting!
This is a critical time to clear out and make as many shifts as we can this year!!
5th dimentional energy is slowly flowing in…and in our very breathing we are taking it into our bodies…accept and know this to be true!

Next year is the absolute beginning of all new and good things!
I am lucky to have been given the gift to know how special you all are!!!
