The Power Of Transmutation
Violet-Flame Meditation
The violet flame is a powerful tool anyone can use in meditation. It helps release negative karma, raise your consciousness awareness, the frequency of your vibration, and accelerate your spiritual growth. Energy can't be erased but it can be changed, transmuting negative into positive, darkness into light. This allows you to make the choices you feel negatively about become positive, while also changing your emotional experience. Physically, the violet flame releases emotions and energy pent up within that make you vulnerable to illness and disease.
The violet flame in meditation uses a combination of affirming thoughts and visualization.
Sit comfortably and silently....breath and relax....Once centered....begin by surrounding yourself with white-and-blue protective energy.... You may even want to call on Archangel Michael for his protection.....and breath him in....now allow....go into this powerful spiritual state. Then repeat thoughts such as "I am cleansed and purified by the violet flame."
Picture a huge bonfire before you....it is huge....immense....making you feel small beside it....you marvel as the colors....flickering between purple, violet, and bright pink. Sense its warmth while noticing that it will not burn you.
Step into the flame....letting it surround you entirely....also filling the spaces in your body.... your thoughts....the cells....and molecules....within you. Once there....focus on the positive things you'd like to create in your life....your hopes for you and others.
Visualize the violet flame in the midst of the scenes as they unfold in your mind. You may want to ask that the power of the flame be multiplied to assist those in need.
When you have finished your meditation, be sure to close with gratitude....The violet flame is a powerful tool that should be used consciously and with intent. Forgetting to close with thanks keeps you connected and may lead to the unintentional misuse of this energy. It is always a good idea when finished with any spiritual practice to give thanks as this creates closure. Blessings....
MEETING YOUR GUIDE
Each one of us has all the wisdom and knowledge we ever need within us. It is available to us through our intuitive mind, which is our connections to universal intelligence. One of the best ways to do this is by meeting and getting to know your inner guide.
The inner guide is known by many different names, such as your spirit guide, higher self, imaginary friend, master, ascended masters and so on. It is a higher part of yourself which can come in many different forms, but usually comes in the form of a person or being whom you can talk to and relate to as a wise and loving friend.
PROCESS
Relax deeply, and imagine that you are standing at the bottom of a grassy hill. It is a bright, moonlit night. You hear owls hooting, trees rustling in the breeze, and a scurry of wildlife in the undergrowth. The air is sweetly scented.
Look up the hill, and see a circle of standing stones on the summit, haunting and mysterious in the moonlight. You climb up the gentle slop, and pass through two of the tall, flat stones into the circle. You see two shadows flit across the circle, as though two figures have hidden behind the stones at your approach, biding their time. You stand and wait, feeling safe, clam and expectant. A warm breeze flurries through the stones.
Before long, a woman and a man enter the circle from behind your, and slowly approach you. You feel their love envelop you. Allow yourself to see these two figures. What footwear does each one have on? What clothes are they wearing? How tall are they? What are their facial features? What are your impressions of these two people?
Greet your guides, touching their hands or hugging them. Then ask their names (you will probably ‘hear’ or ‘see’ the words, rather than hear your guides speaking directly.) Speak with your guides for as longs as you wish…go into the silence and listen….now thank them before you leave…..now, very gently come back to the room…
(if you find that only one guide appears – or several – that is fine. Trust you own experiences.)
People have many different types of experiences in meeting their guides. Don’t worry if you did not perceive your guide clearly and precisely.
Sometimes they remain in the form of a glow or a light, or a blurry indistinct figure.
The important thing is that you sense their power, their presence and their love.
Don’t be surprised if your guide seems unusual in some way. The form in which they show themselves to us springs from our own creative mind which is limitless. For example, your guide may have a very unusual and surprising sense of humor, or a flair for the dramatic. Sometimes they don’t communicate in words at all, but in a direct transmission of feelings, impressions or intuitive knowledge.
Also your guide may change form and even name from time to time. Or you may have he same one for years. You may have more than one guide at the same time.
Your guide is there for you to call on anytime you need or to want extra guidance, wisdom, knowledge, support, creative inspiration, love or companionship. Many people who have established a relationship with their guide meet them everyday in their meditation.
PREPARE TO ENTER YOUR LEVELS:

Get into a comfortable position.
Uncross your arms and legs...
Close your eyes, direct your attention to your eyelids, in particular the little muscles around your eyes.
Relax these muscles...let them go...
Allow relaxation to move like a wave, slowly downward throughout your body...
Breath...allow this to happen...give permission to your body to relax...
Now visualise the colour RED.
Relax from head to foot...let go...allow...relax.
Visualise the colour ORANGE.
Control and relax your emotions...you are in charge now...
Desire only that which is good.
Visualise the colour YELLOW.
Calm and still your busy mind...breath...allow.
Bring your mind to rest.
Now visualise the colour GREEN.
Allow peace to enter...breath it in.
Sense a deeper level of peace within.
Visualise the colour BLUE.
Let love and peace permeate your entire being.
Feel love filling your entire body...allow...
Visualise the colour PURPLE.
Seek your deepest parts of you!
Find the inner you...allow your higher self to be there....trust.
Visualise the colour VIOLET.
Enter the innermost part of you....the highest part...
Create a new awareness now..sense your inner levels...
Feel the peace...feel the love...trust... relax...allow...surrender....
You are now in an Alpha state of consciousness.
You may use this level for any good purpose you desire.
BRINGING IN JOY
BEGIN....sit comfortably, legs uncrossed and spine as straight as possible...
GO THROUGH YOUR LEVELS (as above)...
Allow yourself to feel good right now.
Feel your higher self all around you.
Feel your soul sending you JOY...
feel the love now.
Be open to receive your Souls JOY!
JOY is flowing into you,
into your cells and atoms.
As JOY flows into you feel an expansion...a feeling of freedom.
JOY flows out of you now...
touching everyone around you.
Your thought become positive,
Happiness fills you!
Think about your life now...
and imagine what will be different
in the next few hours,
if you express your Soul's JOY.
Do that now!
Draw to you the quality of JOY!
Fill yourself with JOY!
And then radiate that JOY out to others.
Now ask your Soul and Higher Self to send you a clear vision
of the next steps of your path...
to bring you even greater clarity,

Take a few moments in silence now to receive this.....allow....just be.....
Fountain meditation
At a time of day when you are least likely to be disturbed, when you can be alone, and when the telephone can be disabled or disconnected, find a comfortable chair and if you feel it would be helpful, a lightweight blanket to wrap around yourself. If you wish to play some relaxing music then do so but it shouldn't contain any lyrics.
In this relaxed state, switch off from any worries you may have and remind yourself that for the next 20 minutes nothing is more important than this meditation. Thoughts urging you to think about problems may happen or you may feel a strong urge to go and deal with an undone matter - ignore them - tell yourself they can wait for the next 20 minutes.
Visualise yourself drawing energy up through your feet, into your legs, and up to your heart. The wonderful smooth , gentle energy that comes from the centre of the earth. Then begin to draw down from the spiritual realms light and love through the top of your head, down your neck, and into your heart centre. Become aware of these two energies mixing and blending.... and....slowly....slowly....feel the energies combining and expanding and spreading to every part of your body. You are filling with pure love, harmony and joy. As the light gets stronger it begins to expand further and further and starts to fill the room, the building, and then spills out into the streets beyond.
When you are ready, visualise yourself sending this energy to a spot on the earth you wish to send healing to. It may be somewhere in your local area, or somewhere many miles away. As the energy flows to this point it starts filling with light, cleansing and energising it with light. It spills out like a fountain, flowing into the earth around and into the grid of energy that girdles the earth, linking you with lightworkers all around the world.
When you are ready, bring the light back into your own surroundings. Bring it close into you. feel how strong and vibrant your energy field now is. Sense the room again, feel yourself back in your chair, move your feet and hands and then slowly open your eyes.
