How do I get what I want?
How are you going to get what you want?
Your work is to bring yourself to an emotional match of what you are asking for. You are asking for good things to happen, because you think when they do you will feel really good.
Find a way to feel good anyway, use that powerful mind of yours to remember good times, healthy bodies, carefree ways of being.
Imagine what you want and see yourself having it, living it, being it now, feel like you already have it. Most people want to feel good, and yet they focus on things that do not feel good.
Why is this?
Maybe they do not yet understand the Law of Attraction. When you know how the powerful Law of Attraction works in your life, it is up to you to think in a way that feels more positive!
Stop...ask yourself "Is this way of being going to improve the mood of everyone who is listening to me, or will it bring us down?"
You are a powerful genius creator, you are creating and attracting to you all the time. What is it you want from your life? Think about this carefully and listen closely to the way you feel when you are thinking, speaking, remembering, observing, imagining, watching.
Because as you deliberately guide your thinking you will deliberately create your life just the way you want it to be.
Feeling Our Words
Words carry energy and this gives language its power and its potential to heal or hurt. Most of us can remember a time that someone sent a word our way, and it stuck with us. It may have been the first time we received a truly accurate compliment, or the time a friend or sibling called us a name, but either way it stuck. This experience reminds us that what we say has weight and power and that being conscious means being aware of how we use words.
The more conscious we become, the more we deepen our relationship to the words we use so that we speak from a place of actually feeling what we are saying. We begin to recognize that words are not abstract, disconnected entities used only to convey meaning; they are powerful transmitters of feeling. For the next few days, you might want to practice noticing how the words you say and hear affect your body and your emotional state. Notice how the different communication styles of the people in your life make you feel. Also, watch closely to see how your own words come out and what affect they have on the people around you.
You may notice that when we speak quickly, without thinking, or rush to get our ideas across, our words don't carry the same power as when we speak slowly and confidently, allowing those receiving our words time and space to take them in. When we carefully listen to others before we speak, our words have more integrity, and when we take time to center ourselves before speaking, we truly begin to harness the power of speech. Then our words can be intelligent messengers of healing and light, transmitting deep and positive feelings to those who receive them.

I am of the planet Lyra and my purpose is to hold the planet until it is safe, stronger and aligned.
My true work is only beginning and for much of the past I was unable to integrate the magnitude of my own purpose and actual work.
Several guided Souls will step forward to hold, assist, enlighten and inform me of certain information. I will need.
Others will simply hold the earth space for me to work.
A great healing was necessary for me on a human level to allow for this preparation, but now I am ready to unveil my true work and therefore my destiny.
Many places and earth areas will themselves call to me and I will go there and in so doing I will unlock energies that are stagnant or ready to re-structure their own position on planet earth.
Ireland is my base, England is my strength (human), Africa is my home, and America is my present destiny.
Children of the world need to be united and blessed. Children of the New Earth need to be watched, observed, assisted and blessed.
Energy masses are now my work…unlocking, opening, blessing and clearing.
People will follow…all is as it is meant to be…perhaps for the 1st time.
I must connect with the Stars. I will use the star energy and that of the planets to do this work.
The information for this will come forth.

"Love and Light"..
..isn't always warm and fuzzy. Sometimes love tells us what we don't want to hear, and the role of Light is to illuminate the darkness and not just the darkness we want exposed.
When our ego is pampered and indulged, it's very difficult for the deep work of spiritual transformation - which can be rough and messy - to take place. And if we feel we must walk on eggshells all the time in fear of offending anther's ego, we can wind up stuffing our true feelings and living superficially.
If a majority of us also fear looking into the mirror at our own uncleared dark patterns, the collective spiritual community becomes populated with groundhogs afraid of their own shadows.
Surely a choice to defensively dash back into our separate shelters when faced with the Light of Truth cannot facilitate the tipping point in consciousness so needed to change the course of human destiny on this Planet...

In the midst of much chaos and confusion, there is outer-world evidence of
genuine, positive change taking place. Now it is the responsibility of the
Lightworkers to stay focused on what is good and healing for all Life on
Earth. We are in the process of creating a New Earth, and everything we
think, feel, do and say makes a tremendous difference.
Cocreating Heaven on Earth may seem like an unobtainable quest in the face
of outer-world appearances, but this Fiat from the Heart of the Cosmic I
AM, All That Is, is ringing throughout the whole of Creation. With the
unified efforts of Heaven and Earth, our Victory is assured.
2007 is numerically a nine (9) year, which resonates with the frequency of
completion, fulfilment and many more qualities that will be available to
assist Humanity throughout the year. If we are aware of these energies, we
can consciously utilize them in ways that will assist us with our Earthly
challenges and enhance our ability to reach our highest potentials.
In addition to completion and fulfilment, a nine year reverberates with
the following characteristics:
- Pure selflessness.
- The fulfilment of self by the giving of self.
- Universal understanding of all people and all things.
- The comprehension of the inter-relationship of all things and all people.
- Love and compassion for all people.
- A view of Life without prejudice.
- The brotherhood and sisterhood of Humanity.
- Love for all people based on the understanding of the basic human
condition.
- Tolerance and forgiveness.
- Generosity and benevolence based on the Oneness of Life.
- The sacrifice of self for the betterment of all Life evolving on Earth.
Go within the deepest recesses of your heart, and contemplate the
characteristics of 2007 listed above. Feel these energies enhancing all of
your hopes and dreams for the New Year. Know that this is a moment for
which you have been preparing for a very, very long time.......
Disciples of the Light

You are the ones who have chosen to go through many of these external changes in your being in order to open the door for other people. You are the ones we call the disciples of the Light. You are the ones who have specifically chosen to be here at the forefront of the change. And even though you may never get credit for your real work, and you may get labelled as woo-woo, you are the ones who have chosen to hold the light and the energy for all of the rest. So if you can imagine a dark room where everyone is trying to find the door out, you are the one holding the flashlight. It is not that you show people how to do things or tell people what to do or which way to turn; it is that you can show others their options. That is what we do on this side of the veil. That is why we call this an OverLight process. We no longer come into your world to intercede in your game in the old forms of angelic intervention to show you the ‘right’ way or the ‘wrong’ way. The whole illusion of polarity of right and wrong and good and bad, love and fear, black and white and up and down are all illusions anyway and you no longer need those illusions. There is no black or white; they are all shades of grey. You now define your own perception and reality, and if at any point you are not happy with it, please have the courage to change the camera angle from which you view it.

KEYS TO THE SHIFT-2007
The Masters said:
"As consciousness shifts, there are certain requirements for those who choose to shift as well. Those requirements are of Universal Law, and cannot be denied. These necessities can be done only from the heart, for if from a mental nature will fail as untruth combative with perceived truth. As considered, these are also keys to the ascension process. They are not that which is new, but that which has always been. Only the perceptions of lack, of less than are new.
These keys are based upon the sacred geometry of the star tetrahedron, each key being a point of the star. Eight truths which are eternal. Each without the other is only part of the whole, just as you are part of all that is and has ever been."
The Keys are as follows:
- We must acknowledgement our self perfection – We are and always have been of the One both in Source and within our Journeys.
- Accept the journey for which we have come – why fight the very things which we have come to learn?
- Maintain Personal integrity – That truth which is ours amongst all other things, that opportunity which we give ourselves to find the truth within us, not that which we have been conditioned by others to perceive.
- Be that which you are, not that which you perceive others would see – You are created of light, of Grace, and of that there cannot be imperfection, only that which is of Spirit. You do not need to improve yourselves, only to acknowledge that which is your God self, your perfect being.
- We must acknowledge our value – This is different than accepting perfection. Your value is how you fit within the world within and the exterior world in which you exist. To perceive that your value is greater than another’s, or less than someone else's brings you to lack of everything else.
- Accept Your Power – You are great and mighty. True Power comes not of ego, but the collective One of our Spirit. True Power is Gentle Power. You are of the light and in its seemingly nebulous construct is the essence from which all things are made. To fear inner power is to suggest that you are less than all other things. In Truth, power is of Grace, not of abusiveness or negative use and your Grace is born of unconditionality. True Power is that which is Love, the intentional living as co-creator from within all opportunities that are offered you.
- Take Your value, Your perfection, Your power, Your Grace into your world – In the Now that always is, change only comes from practice of change. What this means is that to effect change we must embody it. You must walk your talk, not hide that which you know. Historically, that which is hidden is viewed as heresy in relation to the accepted norm. To change this, it is to create a new accepted norm with ease and Grace by virtue of your walking within the very light from which you are created.
- Love yourselves and touch everyone you encounter with love – As all energy exchanges, what will You accept from others and what will you leave behind? You can see all others as mirrors of yourselves, that their pain also resides somewhere within us, that their joy is in our hearts as well. This is why random acts of kindness make such a difference. How many times have you said “There by the Grace of God go I”? It is true. It has always been so.

Stepping Fully Into Our Personal Power
The most common challenge many have when working on their connection with God and in mastering the conditions placed on love, is stepping fully into their power. In our experience over these years, the average person in an altered state, says they are using almost ninety percent of their energy to keep themselves from taking their own power and to keep themselves out of love ! In the past, many of us gave our power away. We eventually had to stop this, for the people we gave our power to were actually using it against us. The question then becomes, when we stop giving our power away, why are we hesitant or fearful to claim it for ourselves? There are three likely answers. The first one is we are all moving into instantaneous creation. Each day we find this to be true - have a thought and very soon, that thought changes our physical reality. For example, think about someone and they call you on the phone. We begin to know what is going to happen before it does.
Instantaneous creation is the most common vibration shared by all other dimensions. We are presently moving into these dimensions. Just how many are really ready to move into instantaneous creation? This might sound like a great thing; however, unless we are totally peaceful, feeling unconditional love for ourselves, having unconditional compassion for ourselves and others and have experienced all forms of earthly creation, would we be really be ready? Could we be responsible for the next thought that comes into our mind if it would create a completely different Earth or a completely different physical reality for us?
The second thing that might be keeping us from taking our power is how that experience might actually look and change our lives. What if, in the next few moments, someone snapped their fingers and said, “You are now a thousand times more powerful than you have ever been in the past.” How would this look to you? How would you feel? How would that change you?
Unless we fully understand our 'story' and why we have created our life experiences: why we picked our parents, our spouses, our choices both good and bad - how could we trust ourselves to create different experiences, to not create more of the same? Unless we fully understand what we have already created physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, we could subconsciously create more of the same past patterns in our future life.
The third reason we may not be willing to step fully into our power is: we have been taught our entire lives to co-create with others. Each of us are individually - a Creator. If we can not accept or do not realize that we are creators and rather, attempt to only be co-creators, we will continue to judge the creations of others based on our belief of what they could or should be creating. Only when we first acknowledge ourselves as a creator and fully realize we are solely responsible for the creation of our own life experiences, can we truly co-create with any other person.
The truth is: everyone’s creation is absolutely perfect. Who is to say one person is a better creator than another? Think about it. If we are all creating situations to test ourselves so we can evolve and be more like God, then who is to say another person’s creation, whether it is uglier or harsher then we might create for ourselves, isn’t exactly what they need in order to understand their life’s purpose?
Our subconscious patterns will continue to test our self love, our personal power and our definition of who we are. Understanding that will allow us to fully step forward and take our own personal power.
Earth Talk with Pat Angrove
Pat writes: “Do you feel you have been wading through treacle? Things still not popping open for you? As I said to a friend the other day, at least we are not wading through quicksand - call me the eternal optimist!
Well, the truth is that things are popping open for us. Things are moving again at long last.
The reason is that we are now able to stop anchoring in the new energy – it’s here, it’s anchored! This energy came in with the energy shift in March this year and we have been busy anchoring it in. We didn't actually have to do much but the Earth uses our bodies to hold this new energy for a while until it can anchor in. Now we can practice using the new energy.
Whilst we carry the energy prior to anchorage, we cannot do much else, it's like the whole universe is waiting and holding its breath. We carry that energy until the Earth can anchor it, until every stone, mountain, stream and ocean vibrates with this new energy. We also find that nothing happens for us, and because we are such "doing" beings we notice when opportunities are not happening. But this was a time when we were busy in other ways and now that this "job" has come to and end for a while, we can get back on with our lives.
So make the most of this new energy. It is an energy that enables us to create more easily, so all sorts of doors will be opening and all sorts of opportunities may arise. Just be aware of what you are creating and take responsibility for it, for not all our creations are conscious. As we become more conscious then we will be more aware of ourselves creating consciously. What fun we'll have then!"

Increasing The Light
Raise Your Vibration
Everything in the Universe is made of energy. What differentiates one form of energy from another is the speed at which it vibrates. For example, light vibrates at a very high frequency, and something like a rock vibrates at a lower frequency but a frequency nonetheless. Human beings also vibrate at different frequencies. Our thoughts and feelings can determine the frequency at which we vibrate, and our vibration goes out into the world and attracts to us energy moving at a similar frequency. This is one of the ways that we create our own reality, which is why we can cause a positive shift in our lives by raising our vibration.
We all know someone we think of as vibrant. Vibrant literally means "vibrating very rapidly." The people who strike us as vibrant are vibrating at a high frequency, and they can inspire us as we work to raise our vibration. On the other hand, we all know people that are very negative or cynical. These people are vibrating at a lower frequency. They can also be an inspiration because they can show us where we don't want to be vibrating and why. To discover where you are in terms of vibrancy, consider where you fall on a scale between the most pessimistic person you know and the most vibrant. This is not in order to pass judgment, but rather it is important to know where you are as you begin working to raise your frequency so that you can notice and appreciate your progress.
There are many ways to raise your vibration, from working with affirmations to visualizing enlightened entities during meditation. One of the most practical ways to raise your vibration is to consciously choose where you focus your attention. To understand how powerful this is, take five minutes to describe something you love un-conditionally...a person, a place, an experience. When your five minutes are up, you will noticeably feel more positive and even lighter. If you want to keep raising your vibration, you might want to commit to spending five minutes every day focusing on the good and positive things in your life. As you do this, you will train yourself to be more awake and alive. Over time, you will experience a permanent shift in your vibrancy.
The eyes of the Soul
Today, let us share a passage from Martia Nelson’s book, ‘Coming Home’:
My greatest teacher was the experience of living in split realities: Personality and True Self. Personality is our daily companion, our conscious self that sees the world through the eyes of limitation and dutifully keeps us informed about what we can and cannot do.
True Self, on the other hand, patiently stands by, offering the unwavering knowledge that a state of vibrant well-being and unlimited possibility is our true nature, a birthright that can be lived if we choose to do so.
True Self simply refers to the aspect of our being that is completely aware of its expanded nature no matter what we may be experiencing at the time.
Whenever we feel constrained, fearful, unworthy, inadequate or anything we deem to be negative, we have identified with our Personality. We have the choice to always view the same situation from the perspective of our Soul.

journey comes to a halt. The time of the lone wolf is over.
Gather yourselves! Banish the word struggle from your attitude and
your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner
and in celebration.

Emergence to the Fifth World
"The end of all Hopi ceremonialism will come when a Kachina removes his mask during a dance in the plaza before uninitiated children. For a while there will be no more ceremonies, no more faith. Then Oraibi will be rejuvenated with its faith and ceremonies, marking the start of a new cycle of Hopi life.
"World War III will be started by those peoples who first revealed the light (the divine wisdom or intelligence) in the other old countries (India, China, Islamic Nations, Africa). The United States will be destroyed, land and people, by atomic bombs and radioactivity. Only the Hopis and their homeland will be preserved as an oasis to which refugees will flee. Bomb shelters are a fallacy. "It is only materialistic people who seek to make shelters. Those who are at peace in their hearts already are in the great shelter of life. There is no shelter for evil. Those who take no part in the making of world division by ideology are ready to resume life in another world, be they Black, White, Red, or Yellow race. They are all one, brothers.
"The war will be 'a spiritual conflict with material matters. Material matters will be destroyed by spiritual beings who will remain to create one world and one nation under one power, that of the Creator.'

He represents a blue star, far off and yet invisible, which will make its appearance soon. It was sung in 1914 just before World War I, and again in 1940 before World War II, describing the disunity, corruption, and hatred contaminating Hopi rituals, which were followed by the same evils spreading over the world. Messages from the Hawaiian Ancestors
Now with the advent of cellular telephones, there are also microwaves sent into human Energy fields wherever there are 'hotspots” for wireless Internet or cellular telephone use. What do microwaves do to human energy fields? Of course those developing this technology, or the television a half century past, never questioned what such devices would do to the human species. Microwaves distort the vibrations of love, as does electricity. Electricity pierces through the rotational energy of love and shatters it so that love ceases to exist; microwaves sour the vibration of love until it ceases to love at all and discord sets in instead.
What is happening in your human cities that are bombarded with more electricity and microwaves than anywhere else? Greater and greater incidents of insane violence are beginning to occur. This is a reflection of the souring of the vibrations of love, and it is even occurring in our city of Honolulu in recent years. Random acts of insane violence are a reflection of another fall in consciousness of the human species; humans are falling again further from love and further from truth in the dance with technology again in this era.
This is not the first time that this has occurred. Atlantis also was an era of vast technological development; the technology also caused a fall into great dissonance amongst all humans upon earth, including the Polynesian race living in Lemuria or Mu at the time. In the era of Atlantis, Polynesians were also enticed into using electronic gadgetry; at that time our race fell “out of love” and into great dissonance.
Atlantis had invaded our land with their armies out of the quest for certain minerals to develop yet more technology. Out of our threatened state, we used the very technology that those in Atlantis developed to not only destroy Alantean civilisation, but ultimately ourselves as well. For one cannot destroy another without destroying oneself; and the nuclear bomb detonated was large enough to cause radioactive dust to reach the soil of Lemuria, causing the Polynesian DNA to fray. Over time the Earth Mother sank the land of Lemuria due to its toxic state of being not only due to the radiation from the bombs detonated over Atlantis, but also technological use and the radioactive substances associated with nuclear power.
The Polynesian ancestors wish that the human species would learn its lessons of technological abuse and how it causes the human energy field to deteriorate to a point of insanity, falls in consciousness and loss of love. And then out of a state of loveless-ness, humans fall into nuclear warfare out of an inability to negotiate a truce that is acceptable to each nation. This dance of warfare and insanity has gone on long enough! It is time for the human species to cease to participate in this dance and learn to love again.
We will also say that the Earth Mother as a consciousness has her own tricks up her sleeves that humans may be surprised to discover. For one Earth is entering a new energy flow of another sector of creation that she once existed within that hosts no electrical energy whatsoever. Over time electricity will dwindle and cease to be available to be harvested through any means. Electricity will cease to flow through water or the land. Radioactive substances will speed up their dissipation to such a degree that what had hundreds of years of half life will simply cease to exist. What humanity relies upon today will not be available as a resource of energy in the coming 100 year cycle. Humans will have to learn to live from the land and sea again and go back to simple tools that are hand made and non-electrical in nature.
How can we go from a loveless and electronic gadget based civilization to a civilization that loves one another, and loves the land and sea again? Ah, well, this is why we are writing today and in the series of letters to follow, the Hawaiian Ancestors will bring forth concepts and techniques to assist in the opening of the heart and learning to live in unity, joy and peace with one another again. This is the purpose of these letters.

Real Spirituality Is Inner Joy
Inner joy is inner excitement, a higher frequency of consciousness.
From a science perspective, excitement is defined as an energy state higher than normal. This higher energy state can appear in two forms:
- A Higher frequency, or
- Higher power at the same frequency, such as turning up the volume.
All higher consciousness is consciousness at a higher frequency than normal.
Inner excitement, therefore, equals higher consciousness. More specifically, inner excitement is the opening of your conscious mind to the excitement that already exists within your “inner self.”
Your inner self, also known as your Soul or Higher Self, is a definite personality. A very familiar one because it is you, the real inner you.
Your outer self, your outward-oriented consciousness, focuses on the challenges of the physical world. Your inner self acts as your inner guide and guardian.
The frequency of your inner self’s consciousness exists within a frequency band which is higher than your outer self. When your conscious mind catches even a glimpse of that spiritual essence within you, it becomes excited by the higher frequency. Communicating with your inner self is, by definition, an exhilarating process.
Inner excitement is the barometer of contact with your inner self, your guidance. The closer your contact becomes, the more inner joy you experience as a result.
Personality V Soul needs
We indulge ourselves when we seek to meet our longings through desires of the personality. We indulge ourselves when we buy more clothes to make us happy, when we eat another snack to ease the hunger, when we have an affair to feel powerful or loveable. Any pleasure we get, if we get any at all, is shallow and short-lived.
The only lasting satisfaction can come from meeting the deep spiritual needs of the SOUL! We discover what we are really after in life when we identify the spiritual qualities and needs that lie behind our desires for material pleasures.

We visit you this day with the joy of bringing you the vibrations of Home. Many of you have tried to thin the veil, to look past it and see where you came from. You have tried to look past your circumstances that you believe hold your fate, to re-mind yourselves of your true nature. Dear ones, we tell you that you are the sons and the daughters of the King. You hold the energy of a direct lineage of God Himself/Herself. You are part of the whole, and as a result, you are playing a game so that God can see Himself/Herself, for in an infinite state it is not possible to find definition; therefore, parts of God became finite in order to become self aware. Parts of God took a form for a brief period in a physical bubble of biology.
You have done so well. You walk around and bumping into each other, trying to figure out why you are here. You look at yourselves, thinking, “I know I am here to do something, but what is it?” Please understand that no matter what you feel at times, that you are here on purpose. There are times when you will find your direction and be able to put one foot in front of the other with a knowingness, and there are other times when you feel as if you have lost your sense of direction altogether. Please know that many contracts are completed without your direct knowledge. In fact, many contracts are completed by connecting with another as you pass them on the street: by sharing a smile, by an act of kindness, or through an act as a “human angel.” To move into the work of human angels, it will be helpful to have access to the magic you left at Home when you first came to play the game of being human.

It Is Time To Remember Who You Are.

You are a Beloved Child of God who is on Earth during this unique moment to cocreate the wonders of Heaven on Earth. You are an empowered Instrument of God. This inner knowing is opening your heart and allowing your God Self to increase the amount of Divine Light flowing through your Earthly body.
The increased influx of Light flows into the physical plane and enters the core of purity in every electron of precious life energy. The Light then pushes to the surface anything that conflicts with Its frequencies of harmony, love and balance. Unfortunately, as the discordant frequencies of energy surface to be transmuted back into Light, they often create the illusion that things are getting worse. People easily witness the surfacing negativity, but what they don't see is the incredible Light that is pushing the negativity to the surface to be healed and transmuted. That phenomenon has the effect of keeping people focused on the problem instead of the solution.
When the focus of your attention is stuck on the negativity that is coming up to be healed instead of the Light of God that is pulsating with all of the patterns of perfection and solutions contained in the Causal Body of God, you empower and sustain the negative things that are surfacing. Instead of eliminating the problems, you actually intensify them. This creates the situations that make you feel desperate, overwhelmed and hopeless.
People are so used to accepting the physical plane as their true reality, that they have forgotten it is merely a reflection of their consciousness. No matter how real your life challenges seem or how entrapped you are in the grip of poverty, disease, low self-esteem, loveless relationships, hatred, corruption, ignorance, war, etc., those distorted expressions of life can only be maintained in your life if you sustain them through your thoughts, words, actions, feelings and beliefs. If you choose to empower the Light and all of the patterns of perfection contained in that Light instead of choosing to empower the things that cause your pain and suffering, your Earthly experiences will be transformed in the twinkling of an eye.
Never has there been a more opportune time for you to change your course of direction. Never has Humanity received more support from the Heavenly Realms than we are receiving at this moment. Focus on fulfilling your dreams, and miracles will happen.
